Meet the ladies!

 

I have had every one of them as actual pets over the years and their character has inspired me to put them on canvas the way I did.

As you can see in most of my pictures, I love both rabbits and  nudes as my main themes and  I am trying to combine and balance those two in my "Ladies"- paintings. They are not actual nudes of course but I find they still have a suggestive air around them.

Ich hatte jede dieser Damen irgendwann einmal als Haustier und ihre Eigenarten haben mich dazu inspiriert, sie so auf Leinwand zu bringen, wie man sie jetzt betrachten kann.

Wie Sie sehen können, bevorzuge ich sowohl Hasen als auch Akte als meine Hauptmotive und nun versuche ich diese beiden Lieblinge in meinen "Ladies"- Bildern zu kombinieren. Diese sind natürlich keine tatsächlichen Akte, aber sie haben meinem Empfinden nach dennoch ein gewisses anzügliches Flair.
